I discovered a broken spring on my garage door late at night when the door had failed to open remotely and was difficult to open manually. I looked in the web for service and called Precision Garage Doors which was the first Google hit. I setup an appointment for the following morning. They came around 10:30 and in less than 1 hour replaced the spring with the correct one (an incorrect spring had been initially installed) and recommended to replace the rollers in packed bearings as well. My door is now like brand new. Thanks Jake Huntress for an excellent service and demeanor.

We were very happy with our service from Precision Garage Door. There was an accident with the door, we couldn't get the car out, it was raining and we were late to be somewhere. I called PGD and literally w/ in 25 minutes a technician (Ty) was at our house. He worked diligently until the repair was done. I've already saved them in my contact lost for any future problems I may have. Couldn't be happier.

I used Precision in a home owned previously and was very satisfied. When the spring broke in our current home, there was no question about who to call. Once again, prompt service was provided. Outstanding experiece ! Moved in to Grand Isle in 2003, knew garage door was showing some wear. This morning my wife tried to close the door and it crashed shut. The spring had broken. I got home around 11:30 and called Precision, mostly based on the google reviews. Brooke said Ty would be at the house between 1PM and 3PM, probably closer to 1PM. At 1Pm exactly, Ty and his partner arrived fixed everything and left by 2:30 PM. Door works better than new, thanks to the new rollers and spring.

They are always quite professional, very knowledgeable in their product or service which may be involved---and very important, they are friendly and pleasant to deal with. In this case, a new battery for the opener was purchase and installed.

One of my torsion springs broke on a Friday night. I considered another company my neighbor used. After looking over the Precision website and seeing lifetime warranty springs, I was sold. I called Saturday morning at 09:15 and their Tech, Cory arrived within 1 hour. Cory finished the job quickly and safely. He is a very hardworking young man.

Technician was excellent. Came on time and was very knowledgeable Would have appreciated if initial phone discussion with Precision would have identified the other parts that i might need i.e the bearings $25. But overall very satisfied.

When we mentioned to co-workers we needed a new door, and we were looking at Precision doors, we were told only good things. When we called for an estimate, they came out the same day. When it was time to schedule the install, they had appointments available the very next day. They showed up on time (a little early in fact), prepared and ready to go. Technicians were very polite and professional and got right to work. We're very happy with the new door, it's quiet and sturdy. I would definitely recommend them to others.

First, I have to say the we (me & my wife) were very impress with the whole process. From initial contact (chat now option) to the technician (Cory). The whole process was wonderful and stress free. Unfortunately, I do not know with whom I was chatting with, but they were very knowledgeable, polite and fast to answer all our questions. He/She were very awesome and If you read this thank you for all your help. Second, you need to give this man (Cory) a raise.... He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and had a great personality. He was on time (early actually) and went above and beyond with all the repairs and additional ones that were needed. I definitely recommend him, if you (future customer) have a choice. Overall, wonderful experience with the whole Precision team.
