First, my decision to use Precision to install a new door opener was primarily driven by comments of others. Precision has a great reputation in our community. Second, my experience with Bree who Patiently and Humorously answered my questions and put me on the correct web site, and gave me detailed info on the door opener and accessories. She was able to give me a quote and assured me I would have an expert installer. Third, Bryan my installer is the reason I write the review. He arrived on time. He was professional in his appearance and attitude. He clearly told me what he would do. He confirmed the price. He did a terrific job of installing the door, setting up the openers and syncing our cars. I also asked for a new weather strip on the door and he did it for a reasonable additional price. Great job.

We took advantage of the $149 Silencing Package as our garage door had not been serviced for several years and was becoming very noisy/ The tech, Brenden, arrived ahead of the scheduled time, wearing a C19 mask, and inspected the door, springs, and motor. He then went over all aspects of the job, got my approval and completed his work. He then again review what had been done and took the time to show me the proper way to lube the door and springs every 4-6 months. The door, by the way, is now very quite. Very Impressive.

I was in need of a new Garage Spring. I was given a service call appointment time frame of 9-11am for the next day. Rob called 25 min prior to arrival and showed up at 8:55am and was done around 10:30am (inspection, installation, and fine tuning of the rest of my system). I opted for a complete torsion spring conversion. He had all the components in the truck. Rob’s the man! He was VERY polite, quick, knowledgeable, and skilled. I will be referring all my friends to Precision should they ever need garage door services!

I would "Highly" recommend Precision Door to anyone experiencing problems with their garage doors. I had originally called them with a significant noise problem and they were very prompt to schedule me in. However, after the evaluation it was evident that we needed a new spring as well. After the installation and lubrication I waited a few weeks to make sure the lubricant worked its way in. But....there wasn't any change to the noise level. I had called again and they responded within a day to have the situation rectified. This is a Class Act company and an extra Shout Out to Ashley and ShaRaad for outstanding customer service and technical expertise. A Great Company

Appointment made easily with one phone call. Technician Jeff Shaw called to advise when he will be arriving (early by the way) Listened to my concerns and got to work. This is my yearly "tune-up" service and again no complaints. Jeff was able to give me an estimate on my option for a "quieter" opening and closing door mechanism (1 2 car door 1 1 car door) by switching out the openers. That is something i hope to do in the future as Jeff did not push me to make that decision. I have never had a bad experience with this company i found them reliable and reasonably priced for their services and every technician i have dealt with in the last 8 years have all been professional and courteous Highly Recommend Precision Door Service
