My door was closing too hard and banging the concrete floor. The repair person adjusted opener and did something to the device that releases the door from the opener. This helped but door is still noisier than normal. The tech felt it was the best he could do. Your company rebuilt our door about 6 yrs. ago. They also replaced broken spring. The tech and trainee were doing the best they could with a 16 yr. old door. I paid &84.00 for this minor adjustment. I think that is a little high for the work performed. Both the techs were very polite and helpful. I will continue to use your co. in the future.

Rob Stephenson was our tech. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explained my options before getting started on the job. When the job was finished, he tested everything to my satisfaction. The job consisted of new garage door opener and new torsion springs. I was extremely happy with Precision from setting up the appointment until job completion. They have a customer for life with me.

Having used Precision in the past, we knew whom to call when we needed an emergency garage door repair. From the first person we spoke with (Bella) to the technician who came to the house (Shane Abbenante) all went really smoothly. Shane was really knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and willing to answer all questions readily. He solved the problem right away. We were super pleased and will definitely call Precision again.

Technician Bryan Hewitson provided another outstanding service during the annual preventive maintenance. For the past three years Bryan arrives to our home with a smile and greets us like family. He's thorough in going over the 25 point safety inspection and performing the required maintenance. Recommendations are always on target. Precision Door Service is by far a better company than others previously hired.

Our garage door had issues. The 2 car garage door was too heavy for us to even get out of the house. We were prisoners of our own home so I called Precision in the AM and was able to get an appt the same day. Associate Mickey was professional, polite, and an extremely trained technician. He was here earlier than expected and he worked quickly to get the job done. The 2 car garage door is up and running terrifically. Thank you for the great job!!
