springs and cable broke....unable to use garage door.....tried precision door from google listing.....pleased to hear repair would be next morning....technicians david watt and sharaad were very professional,neat, and orderly....immediately knowledgeable on a proper solution, had all parts and equipment in truck....overhaul on spring and cables and all moving parts plus new max lift 1 1/4 opener was total fix....pleased with service and immediate repair.....door opens better than ever.....will definitely call precision next time...

I called for a broken spring. Tech installed new spring and found out motor would not work. Installed new motor. job cost more than I expected but it was repaired and now working with the help of the technician that made all the repairs in the same call as he had all parts in his truck and did not have to make another cal. Your technician, Jeff, was professional and clearly experienced. We were pleased with the repairs he completed, however, we were not very pleased with the “up-sell” we were subjected to. Three years ago Precision replaced the spring and rollers on our door; the repairs yesterday should have been roller drums and cable replacement. Instead, we were charged for a complete overhaul of the door (new spring, rollers, drums and cables). Not very ethical; consequently, we are not very happy with your company policy. We will be sharing this experience if anyone asks our opinion about Precision Door. Thank you.

One of the cables rusted and snapped on one of my garage doors. I called Precision around eleven AM expecting to schedule an appointment for later in the week. Instead they had a crew at my house within three hours of the call. The work was completed by two very professional employees. They completed a safety inspection and performed maintenance that will prevent future problems. Precision initialled both garage doors and openers over 12 years ago and this is the first problem I've encountered. Good company. They stand behind their work. Work crews are professionals and courteous. Highly recommend.
