My name is Ty Keenan and I am 30 years old. Ty was born and raised in up state New York but eventually made his way down here to Melbourne, Florida. He has been working in construction for twelve years. He likes to spend time with his children when he has a little time off, and he also likes to build and create new work in his free time with his kids. Upon working with Precision, Ty intends to fully devote his time, effort and superior expertise to help each and every customer that needs help with their garage door.

I did purchase more items than I am allowed to say in the questionnaire below (ref my invoice). Overall, I was very satisfied with the technician's explanation of what needed to be done. It was logical and sound which is why I followed his recommendations. I still need some work to be done but expect it to of as high a quality as the previous work done. I rate you 5 Stars.

Ty Keenan came to our home to fix our broken spring on the garage door. He fixed the broken spring and helped me figure out the best deal for the price of the service. He lubed the door put new bearings on, and had great customer service. I give him a five star rating, he was very knowledgeable and if I ever need service again I will call him first thing. Thanks for being in the Savings Safari, and giving great deals to home owners.

Ty Keenan did an outstanding job repairing my garage door after the spring broke and also preventive replacement of springs and rollers on the second smaller garage door. Very knowledgeable and enjoys his work.
