My name is Ty Keenan and I am 30 years old. Ty was born and raised in up state New York but eventually made his way down here to Melbourne, Florida. He has been working in construction for twelve years. He likes to spend time with his children when he has a little time off, and he also likes to build and create new work in his free time with his kids. Upon working with Precision, Ty intends to fully devote his time, effort and superior expertise to help each and every customer that needs help with their garage door.

Ty did a five star job. We replaced the opener, new springs, rollers, remote, key pad. He checked the door and greased or sprayed all moving parts. Took time to insure that the button in the car was reprogrammed. A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. Would recommend your company to any of our associates. You had done work for our grandson and we got your name from him.

Delighted with same day service. Sunday evening at that. Everything was great from initial service call placement to follow up phone call I made for clarification purposes. I received the best service. The technicians were here early, installed everything, and even stayed after to wait for all the cars to arrive so they could set up the car garage door opener. Ty did the best job ever. He found the cable fray problem. The fraying was coming from two cables overlapping each other. He rerouted the cables to prevent the one cable from fraying again. He also checked the misalignment and rebalanced the door.

I called to request service for a battery issue with our garage door opener as well as general maintenance on the door and opener. Ty was here within an hour. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the overhead battery as well as recommending a replacement of the door seal based on its age and potential for failure. All service was performed to my complete satisfaction and I now have a much better understanding of the operation of the door since I was not on site when it was installed.
