Neil is 45 years old, originally from New York. He has 2 great kids. Neil has always worked in the home improvement field. He is a great mechanic and spends a lot of his free time working on a variety of cars he owns; that is when he is not riding his four wheeler or his motorcycle. What he loves most about his job is being able to take an unsafe, troubled garage door and turn it into a smooth running, reliable door for his customers. Door was getting to the 8 year plus mark and would wake the dead when opened or closed. Knew I needed repairs and soon. No power during hurricane and could not open door without help...springs were sprung! Read some reviews and after putting off calling spotted a Precision truck in the area. Called in and got a tech (Neil) to come over ASAP. He checked the door, gave me a written quote with full explanation. Normally I get several quotes but I already knew this was right in line. As I and my wife work I was ready for a bad answer when I asked when it could be done.....the answer shocked me!!!!!!! Right now was the reply. He rocked the repair, showed me all the bad parts, showed me the new stuff, demonstrated all repairs and PRESTO I have a new system....well not all new but the parts that were in need of replacement,,, not only that I purchased a full warranty for the system of parts he had replaced. Price was right, service was over the top and the door is so quiet I have to go and watch it to make sure it is moving. Thanks Team Precision.

I encounted a problem with the operation of our garage door. It appeared that our belt was worn and would need replacement. My husband marked several adds in the Moneysaver magazine. I perused the adds and liked the add for Precision Garage Doors. I called on Monday and they had a technician coming on Tuesday. He actually called and came earlier which worked out for us great. I had an appt but my husband met Neil and they discussed the problems with the door. A repair and price were agreed and Neil immediately began replacing the worn parts on the opener. He was quite knowledgeable and efficient. I came home and he pointed out the problems, some of which I had noticed. The repair included replacing the track, belt, rollers, springs, and anything else that was needed. When Neil was done and tested the door, we were surprised how quiet and efficient the door now opened. Neil was courteous and friendly throughout the repair. We felt good that the work was being done so well and know that we can look forward to a fully operational garage door for a good time to come. Thanks for the excellent service that was afforded to us. We will certainly recommend this company to our friends and neighbors.

Had problems with garage door which kept opening back up as it hit the bottom when closing. Neil T. came out, diagnosed the problem immediately and installed repair part. He also inspected the entire system and recommended appropriate services. He was quite knowledgeable and a gentleman.

Mr.Neil came as promise, as soon as he came out the truck I noticed his energy which was welcome. The first thing he did was introduce himself and put me at ease and insured that these things happens all the time my problem was not a problem and that gave me the tranquility I needed to continue, then explained and illustrated the part which he would replace and what it would cost; he gave me a few minutes to decide and after that he went to work with a smile on his face and taking and explaining the whole time he encourage me to stay at the site and share what he was doing step by step. He was done in no time and told him that next time when I replace the unit I hope I get him back. Very smooth operations; recommend better than the home improvements stores around the corner. Excellent Job hands done!!!!

Neal arrived on time to repair our broken garage door on a Saturday night over the 4th of July weekend. Hated to have to call some one out on a weekend but we are in the process of moving so really NEEDED to have the door fixed. Neal was awesome!! I called Precision at 8 a.m. They promised the technician would arrive between 11-1. The tech called just after 11 to let me know he was on the way. I called Precision Garage Door Service around 3:30, I was given an approx time that someone would be out. Less than 3 hrs and a service person showed up. He called 30 min prior to arriving. Neal was extremely professional & knowledgeable. He explained in detail what needed to be done to secure a safe garage door. We also received a detailed list of costs. We called on Sunday night for our garage door. It wouldn t go up or down. They scheduled an appointment for us Monday 2-4. Around 2 o'clock Neal called and stayed he was running behind and said he would be here 3 to 4. He arrived at 3. I was very happy that he called and let us know when he was coming. I didn't expect a call because they said 2 to 4, so that was a huge plus. He introduced himself and very personable. My son moved some stuff out of the way for him and he evaluated what needed to get done. He recommended some stuff and we took his recommendations. He really knew what he was talking about. He called my husband on speaker and explained to him what needed to get done and cost. The price was acceptable with the parts and amount of time it took him to. Fix it. When he was done we put the garage door up and down. It was soooo quiet and even my son was like "its not going to wake me up at night anymore" there were a few adjustments he needed to make but wouldn't leave until I was satisfied. Neal was a great guy and i recommend him and Precision to help you with your garage door needs. Definately going to call them in the future! Thank you, Neal!
