Rob, our technician, did a thorough assessment of the issues with our garage door. After walking through the possible repair options it appeared a replacement was the best solution. Rob had the parts on his truck and did a very professional installation. He cleaned up after the job and then explained everything we needed to know regarding the operation of the opener and remotes. Existing opener failed; I was hoping it would be an adjustment. techs did a good job explaining it would be wiser to replace a 20 year old opener then repair. A bit more than I wanted to pay but work done well, they programed my outside pad and my car and the new opener works great. Would recommend them to anyone.
