Brent grew up in Cocoa Beach and he loves living in his home state of Florida. He loves offshore fishing and playing with his black Labrador on his days off or whenever he has free time from repairing doors and fixing motors. He enjoys the processes of fixing garage doors and making things right for customers. He hopes to one day have his own boat and do fishing charters in the near future. Brent loves his job and his customer service is impeccable. He enjoys offering all the help he can provide to his customers and wants to see them happy.

Precision really does offer same day repair service. I had a problem with my opener, went to the website, opened online chat and a technician was here within 2 hours to fix my problem. The technician (Brent) was knowledgeable, professional and made very sure my problem was resolved. He mentioned that he would have been available to come on Sunday had I contacted Precision. That is most excellent customer service. I highly recommend Precision.
