I was very pleased with the entire service call. I called the office & was given an appt time of between 11:00 & 1:00 the same day I called. The technician (Clayton) called very quickly & was out right on time. Clayton arrived gave me the price & got to work. The entire job start to finish was less than an hour & was still done before the original 1:00 arrival time. This is the 2nd time using Precision & couldn't be more pleased. Will use them & advertise every time I get a chance. Good Job!

I just had my old garage door mechanism replaced with all new parts and the technician did a great job! He was very knowledgable and efficient and had the whole job done in under two hours! When we needed a new garage door over 30 years ago I got estimates and these people were the best and the nicest I talked too. Over the years I've always called them when I need garage door help. We called on Saturday and had service on Tuesday morning. The tension spring in our door was broken. Although it was costly, we got our door bearings, cables and tension springs replaced within two hours of the technician's arrival. Everything needed was already on his truck. He was professional, tidy and efficient. I appreciate the service and the warranty gives me peace of mind.
