I called Precision Door at 8 am and they had a technician at my house by 12:30. It turned out to be an electrical outage due to a storm last night. The technician reset the power and that was all that was wrong. The technician was extremely pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend your company.

Fantastic service. Casey C. was very very professional and knowledgeable. The chat feature on the site allowed me to schedule our door repair at 6am on a Saturday, from bed, with an appointment for 11am the same day. I've never seen a local company with such regard for the customer's convenience. I am a marketing consultant for a Fortune 500 company and can say these guys get everything right. This was the best experience I have ever had with a garage door company since I've owned my first home back in the '90s. I wish I had called earlier to fix my inconsistent, noisy garage door at my current home. I'm very happy with the upgrade I recently had done to my system. The technician Brent was very knowledgeable and courteous. I'm sure that another company would have suggested replacing the entire system and I'm glad Brent took the time to help me make a better, more cost-effective and realistic decision for my family. He went above and beyond.

I have used Precision for several years at 3 separate homes in Florida. This job was to replace my garage door opener, new rail and belt. I also had the tech, Ty, change the rollers and springs. He arrived early, he did call first, set about inspecting the issues, gave me a couple of options and did not pressure me into anything I did not want. We agreed on the work to be done and the price. Ty went about his business and completed the work as agreed, showed my what he had done, how the new opener works and cleaned up after himself. In all, 1 1/2 hours.

I have been using Precision since 2006 when they installed a new garage door. They replaced the springs when they broke in 2013 and today they replaced my garage door opener. All service was excellent, done on time as scheduled and without out any problems. I certainly recommend them and I'm sure you will be pleased with the service.

Brent was quick, thorough, conscientious, and considerate. I have an old door that is fairly healthy, after his inspection. He looked everything over, said replacing the springs was one option, but recommended replacing rollers, cables, and six hinges. I chose that option. He quickly knocked that out, then went on to 'fine-tune' the rails, motor, hoist mechanism, and serviced the outside remote. I'm very pleased with the results.
