For less than an hours work I feel $283 was a high charge. Your method of charging is called stacking an individual charge for each service performed and not based on hourly charge plus a service charge.

The best service any one could expect. Call for a key pad to be installed. Lucky for me James the tech saw several things going bad on my garage door and things another company had repaired? Atleast I thought everything was OK. James was professional and experienced. Very helpful. He is a credit to your company. I know the garage door open is in great working condition Thanks to him. I purchased this from Precision in June. developed a problem with closing. They showed up early on the day promised and fixed my door in about 15 minutes. My unit came with a one year warranty for labor and 5 years for parts so there was no charge. I've dealt with two of their technicians and they were both knowledgeable and pleasant. These guys are the best!

The service and response time excellent. How when they came to fix the door the gentleman said several times that the motor will be the next thing to get fixed. The very next day the motor mysteriously didn’t work and needed to be replaced.
