I give Precision a full 5-star rating. This is the first time I required repair on my garage door, and after reviewing service companies in my area, I chose Precision because of the many high ratings from their satisfied customers. What a breath of fresh air to find a company and technician who take pride in their service and do it in such a professional manner. The office staff was excellent to get the repair scheduled for the very next day. The technician, James, was excellent. He communicated when he was on his way to my address, quickly accessed what needed to be done to repair, provided the cost for parts, (springs and bearings), and everything was up and running in under an hour. I highly recommend Precision and James to anyone requiring a repair to their garage door.

I first want to thank Precision for quick response to our needs. Tech was out same day we called. Rob was the tech who serviced our door. He was very professional and thorough explaining the initial problem and he also pointed out some other issues that would become an issue in the future. I want to stress that he left the decision completely up to us in regards to addressing other issues. When the work was complete he did a thorough test of the door making absolutely sure it was working properly. I arrived home from my job when he was almost complete with repair; and yet he took the time to explain everything he had done even though said info was already explained to my wife. My garage door and the opener and all cables etc. was all original from 2007. I was just starting to have issues when I decided I had to get it fixed before I was stuck. The Precision team installed a whole new system with camera and back-up power. It is now much better than when it was new. The team was incredibly professional and did the work on time and on budget. Could not be more happy!
