Needed a garage door opener repair or replacement. Was told that unless I replaced virtually everything including rollers and springs for about $1200.00 that the opener couldn't be warranted. Home Depot installed a warranted Chamberlin system with remote and Bluetooth for $300.00. Wasted $40.00 on a Precision service call.

I was extremely satisfied and have used then ever since. I've have had a couple of service calls since 2015, however nothing out of the ordinary due to normal wear and tear. I had a garage door opener that was intermittent. They tried replacing the circuit board but didnt help. They installed a new Belt Drive opener which works great and is a lot quieter. The installation was very professional and I am very Pleased.

Well it took awhile to get to the garage door repair company . I was on my third strike after 2 misses with first 2 repair men. But your service guys got it right ended buying a new lift master opener. Both repairmen that came to my house were professional new what they were doing . Not going give you names of the previous two repair men . In there case a license to do business should be required. Thank you good job would recommend your company in the future Mr. Raymond Centola

Today, August 10th, 2019 service technician serviced our Garage Door, Motor, etc. The Garage Door is much quieter, etc. We are very pleased with the results of the service and state that it was a five star job. We will continue to do so annually as the Garage Door is used frequently and this service annually insures that the door works by a push of a button. My garage door was installed by Precision in 2008, and a few days ago the drive belt needed to be replaced. The technician (Darian) arrived today, agreed that the belt needed to be replaced, but also stated that due to age, the door needed additional maintenance (cables, cable drum, spring replacement), all of which had to be done or he couldn't install the drive belt. Darian said it was a safety issue and called the office to verify that he couldn't do anything unless I agreed to the whole $650+ maintenance. I decided not to have anything done and paid for the service call. I want to stress that Darian was professional and courteous the entire time. And I don't doubt that the recommended maintenance was factual. However, I was extremely offput by a company policy which denied me the decision as to what maintenance I wanted done today, and what maintenance I might want deferred until a later time. Telling me it's a "safety issue" feels like a scare tactic to get as much money from me as possible. I would not use your company again, nor would I recommend it to others.

I could not be happier with the company, team and service. First, making an appointment was smooth and they came out quickly. 2nd, Darian called in advance to let me know the time he would arrive AND he arrived exactly when he said he would. The team was clean, professional, courteous and friendly. Everything was explained to me and I was offered multiple options to fit my long term and budgetary requirements. Work was great, price was reasonable and they even cleaned up after themselves- I have had service providers leave their mess behind- but not these guys. So impressed and I will recommend to anyone.
