Neil is 45 years old, originally from New York. He has 2 great kids. Neil has always worked in the home improvement field. He is a great mechanic and spends a lot of his free time working on a variety of cars he owns; that is when he is not riding his four wheeler or his motorcycle. What he loves most about his job is being able to take an unsafe, troubled garage door and turn it into a smooth running, reliable door for his customers. We noticed that the spring on our double garage door was broken. I knew we couldn't manually open the door, since it was a steel reenforced door. We then called Precision and informed them of our problem. Kaitlyn, indicated that they would have a technician at our house between 2-4 that afternoon and his name was Neil. Neil arrived within the time frame indicated and entered with all his tools and spare parts needed to repair the garage door. First, he thoroughly inspected all components of the door and suggested that we also replace the steel cables spool bearings and roller bearings. Since we were previous home owners, we were aware of many of the items he suggested we replace. WE agreed, including the lifetime warranty. Neil, then proceeded to remove the existing components and replace them with premium ones. He wasn't satisfied until they were all in place and the door was properly aligned.He then lubricated all bearings, which reduced garage door noise upon open/close operations. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism. I also indicated that we had a problem during the summer months when the sun fooled the sensor by not allowing the door to close when using a remote operator. He checked with a co-worker and they decided to reverse the placement of the send and receive sensors, which he did. Neil also indicated that if that didn't rectify the situation, to call them and they would come up with a different solution. All in all we are extremely pleased with work Neil Performed. GREAT JOB.

We noticed the spring on our double door was broken and the door wouldn't open. This occurred at night so I had to wait until the next morning to place a call for service. I called and the person said that a technician would be there by 12:00. He was! He was knowledgeable, personable, even setting up two of our folding chairs to watch his installation. I had an appointment but my son was there for the installation. The work was done professionally and because of his knowledge we did a complete service replacing some worn parts. Thanks to Neil for a splendid job well done. Really appreciated!

I do not know all that was done but Neil was a very good worker, and did a good job, at the end as we tried the garage door new light and opener the light would not go on a wire had broken inside the wall I guess so Neil had to string a wire across the garage ceiling and down the door frame to the new switch, this does not look so great and I hope the broken wire will not cause any problem I would hire Neil again.

I chose your company because of your BBB logo advertised in the phone book. Neil was sent to my home. He was on time, very informative, and he has a pleasant personality. I paid for what I call a "tune-up" on my garage door and garage door opener. The door just started getting stuck, and would not perform as it was suppose to. I chose not to replace either one at this time because Neil told me that both were in good condition and, good quality. I did replace the needed hardware on the door, replaced the circuit board on the garage door opener, and purchased a new remote. I am a happy customer because I saved almost half of what I had anticipated spending on this repair. I was told I do not need to be concerned about the door or the opener for a few more years because of the good condition and quality. I will tell my neighbors and friends about your company.

We were very pleased with the service and work that Niel did. It was an emergency appointment. He arrived after 10:00 pm and never complained. He even offered to overhaul our springs, rollers and the like. He did it right then, was there after midnight and said it was all in a days work. Precision Garage Door was Johhny On The Spot! I was contacted within minutes of my request. An appointment was made the same afternoon to get my garage doors problem tended to. I received an email from them first indicating to me the name and photo of the technician who will be responding to my home. As a retired police officer, I found this method extremely important to it could help ease a home owners possible concerns that they may have when it comes to their safety; namely the lady of the house. Neil was on time and first explained what he can do to take care of the needs of my garage door that needed care after 14 years of none. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and took care of maters within a short time. Will I call Precision again for garage door problems? Most definitely!

I called the office and was able to receive same day service with an appointment that was set for two hours after my call. Your technician Neal called to let me know he was on his way prior to the scheduled appointment. This was much appreciated. He verified the problems (more than just a broken spring) and provided an immediate quote before starting the repairs. I went with the "Overhaul Special Package". His work was excellent - very professional even correcting earlier work that wasn't up to snuff. All debris were cleaned up removed and proper operation verified. The whole system sounds quieter and with the lifetime warranty I am confident that my wife has one less item to be concerned with. Again you have an outstanding employee in Neal Trepanier. Precision installed our door when we had the house built. We have used your company for every repair that was done to the door. I have always been happy with the technician that came to the house but this time Neil was the gentleman sent. He was so thorough and took the time to find out what the problem was even though the door was working properly when he came. I asked him why he had never come before and had he just started with the company and his reply was that he was with the company for 5 years and that he very much enjoyed his job but was usually deployed further South. As far down as Vero Beach but he had been in Palm Bay so the company sent him up to us. Thank you very much. I will make it a point to ask for Neil whenever I need any further service with the Garage door. He was on time, polite and cared about what service he performed for us. We have complained to a couple of other techs that when the door wouldn't work. It just hummed but they never found anything. As soon as Neil heard the hum he said its the Capacitor. Climbed the ladder and replaced the Capacitor and the door is working fine. THANK YOU NEIL and the Company should be glad to have someone so professional working for them. SUPER fast and very friendly service. I did not shop around for quotes - and have never had this type of repair done before - so have no idea if what I paid was a good price. One week ago our garage door was working just fine. Then, in an instant, it stopped working and since we keep our cars in the garage, we were not able to get out of our house for the next day's appointments and activities. We found Precision through our local MoneySaver magazine and were relieved to find a company that worked on weekends. When the Precision employee, Neal, arrived bright and early the next morning, he was efficient, cheerful, explained everything that had gone wrong and gave us options of how to fix the garage door opener back to working conditions. He presented the various levels of "fixing" and let us make up our own mind on how far we wanted to go for the repair. We needed springs but we also replaced the rollers and cables at Neal's suggestion. We were pleased to hear about the lifetime warranty on parts. Our garage door has never been better! Our house is only seven years old but the repair and replacement that Neal provided makes things better than when the house was brand new. We would highly recommend Precision for anyone with garage door issues. Without a doubt, we give them 5 stars.
