Neil is 45 years old, originally from New York. He has 2 great kids. Neil has always worked in the home improvement field. He is a great mechanic and spends a lot of his free time working on a variety of cars he owns; that is when he is not riding his four wheeler or his motorcycle. What he loves most about his job is being able to take an unsafe, troubled garage door and turn it into a smooth running, reliable door for his customers. We were vey pleased with the service rep today(Neal Trepanier). When he arrived, we explained what we would like to have accomplished which was replace the weather strip on the garage door and perform a general maintenance on the system. When all the work was accomplished, he called my wife and I out and explained what was completed and stated the door is in good working order. Another 5 star performance from Precision.

Originally used Precision Door on the recommendation of a neighbor... now it's for the great service we've received. Neal was able to arrive earlier than scheduled which helped us out with our tight schedule. Very thorough and knowledgeable with problems and options explained clearly. We purchased a garage door opener and needed installation and were pleased with how quickly an appointment was arranged. Our technician was Neal Trepanier, and we were very pleased with his professionalism and expertise. He made suggestions of parts needed for our 20 year old system - spring, rollers and bearing plates. The installation was completed in approximately two hours. The red head did a good job. He was professional and very pleasant. He worked quickly and solved the problem on the right side of the door which is now flush at the bottom of the door. However, the left side is up just a hair so light shows through. I can push it down with my foot. I was told that I could use a new seal on the bottom. Upon inspection, I was told that he could not replace it because of the thin construction of the metal at the bottom. Now that I think about it I can see that it is fairly worn and if possible should be replaced. I don't recall that he lubricated the bearings, although I did not ask him to. I've always been happy with your service and was not unhappy this time, I just had second thoughts about the seal. I can give 4 and 3/4 rating, but it was my fault and I was not interested in replacing the whole bottom plate, are there any alternatives?

Mr. Neil Trepanier was called to our home today for service to our garage door. I found him to be extremely courteous and professional in his demeanor ,his knowledge of the operation, and his ability to transfer that knowledge to us in a way that was not overwhelming.he proved himself to be an asset to the company throughout the whole process. Thank you for your time and consideration.I don't see it listed below but we signed up for the complete overhaul of the garage door system and installation of a touchpad. And as an extra he programmed The garage door to my car.

Five Stars all the way. He was on time, finished the work quickly and had a very pleasant personality. He checked the safety eye and the rollers said what he was going to do and went to work. Additionally he pointed out that the rollers were a cheap quality and although they did not need to be replaced we should be thinking about replacing them due to the poor quality of the current rollers. He quoted the price and was able to discount the original cost so we went ahead and had them done at the same time. I'm very happy with the work he did. I believe his name was Neil (red hair). Nice man. He represents your company very well. You are lucky to have such a fine person working in your establishment. We had the damaged safety eyes replaced as well as the rollers and he also did the yearly preventive maintenance while he was here.

My 13 year old Wayne Dalton garage door opener finally died over the weekend. It was noisy and temperamental and I was ready to replace it even if it hadn't died completely. When I called and explained my problem I got scheduled very quickly. I wasn't expecting such fast same-day service. The technician actually was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. When he arrived we discussed the unit I had and what I needed to get back to a working garage door. He was ready to begin immediately and I was thrilled to not have to wait to be rescheduled. It was a big task and the technician worked continuously for more than 3 hours. The attention to detail of the entire installation was outstanding. The technician even stayed to help me program the Homelink in both my cars. I really appreciate great service and this was as good as it gets.

It was a pleasure to have Neal as the installer of our belt drive opener. He is friendly, personable, easy going and it was clear he possess expert knowledge of his trade. Before he did anything he inspected our 10 year old door, springs and rollers. As you would expect they were not in the best of shape. It was clear he has an expert level of knowledge as he explained why each component should be replaced. Nothing pisses me off more when someone tries the high pressure sale techniques. I do not take kindly to that kind of bull crap. If you cannot convince me of something without trying to engage my emotions, at als then you get a no sale. Neal did none of that. His explanations were detailed and matter of fact, stating the general lifespans of these components and what to expect. It was his demeanor that is most appreciated. He expertise is oblivious and when he tells you something you should heed what he says.

Neil was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. When it was determined that i needed a new unit, he installed it in short order, and instructed me in its' use. He maintained he professional demeanor even after he accidentally broke the plastic cover while installing the bulb, and quickly apologized and promised to return the following morning to replace the cover, which he did. The installer (Neal Trepanier) was very professional in installing the lifetime warrantied upgrade to my garage door springs, rollers, and etc. He explained what he was doing and pointed out short comings of the previously installed garage door mechanics, installed at the time the house was completed in 2005. I would definitely welcome him back if I have any trouble. He said that there would be more detailed receipt here as well as explanation of the warranty of the "Overhaul Special Package".

Explained how the torquemaster spring system that we had and failed, differed from the precision door spring system,even took apart the old system and showed me the break in the spring. I had called about a broken spring and had some roller problems also, my garage door equipmewnt is 12 years old.
