He was on time, polite, knowledgable, efficient and cleaned up when he was done. He filled out the paperwork legibly and explained what work he did. I didn't know the door could be that quiet! I'll call for him if I or my neighbors need work again.

One of the selling points of selecting Precision Doors to work on my garage door opener was the lady that answered the phone and arranged the appointment for me. She assured me in no uncertian terms that somebody would be out today and get my door opener fixed or replaced. She difinetly knew the ability of technicians doing the work. She radiated customer service egerness and enthusiasm. You could feel it on the phone. A Can Do attitude was evident talking to her. Service Tech knowledge and personality was a breath of fresh air. Dennis took really good good care of me. The garage door had been installed with the inappropriate hardware, and the garage door opener was set way too high to compensate. The door was configured in a dangerous way, causing it to constantly break. He took the time to analyze ALL the issues and make all the recommended repairs one step at a time. As he did one job at a time, he showed me and explained what was being done. He broke down each job/piece by cost as well. He cleaned up the area better than it was before he came. He was training an apprentice, and they were both kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend Dennis and Precisioin Door.
