Billy was born in Georgia and is 36 years old. Billy has one daughter he is very proud of due to her recent graduation from high school with a straight A average and her pending acceptance into the U.S. Coast Guard. He enjoys fishing, boating and is an avid motorcycle fan having just purchased a new motorcycle. Billy has very accomplished mechanical skill due to his having always worked in the home improvement field. The part of his job he loves the most is helping people become "worry free" with their garage doors. Our customers love Billy for his extensive knowledge and his very polite, non pushy manner when he explains the problems with their door.

Great thorough repair job. Billy had every part he needed right on his truck. I called for the repair Sunday morning and the job was completed by early Sunday afternoon. It was great to have the broken spring fixed in such a timely manner. In fact, I went ahead and had a new garage door opener installed as well. Great service.

With the technician arriving on time he (Billy) was very courteous and friendly. Although noting was wrong with my garage door, this call was for preventive maintenance. I had the door springs replaced with the overhead door torque bar. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional in his work.
