Sure enough, our recent experience was as good as we were accustomed to in Maryland. Rob was amazing. He was professional, friendly, helpful and quick! Most importantly — truly the highest value added service — Rob programmed both of our cars to work with the new garage door opener! He saved us hours of frustration. Rob did both cars in less than 15 mins. Wow! I have always found Precision to be highly responsive, fair-priced and with well-trained technicians. We had used this company before to adjust our garage doors, and we were very satisfied. When the mechanism to operate the door broke, my husband tried to fix it. Finally we called Precision again and the technician Jeff came out the next day. He worked 3 hrs into the night to attempt to repair it, but finally had to replace it.
