I came to select Precision through a variety of reasons. I initially noticed a truck on the roadway. I then saw a television commercial and an ad in the Safari coupon book. I was stopped at a traffic light and a Precision truck pulled up next to me. I finally did a Google search and read the reviews. Though I did research another company my final decision was based on the good reviews and the visibility in and around the county.

I have used Precision before in Dec 2017 & was very satisfied .I needed a new belt drive & they came the same day to fix it. The service tec Cory was very efficient like Casy I had in Dec.On a scale of i to 5 (5 being the best ) I would give a 5 .I would recommend Precision to any one who need garage door work

I was told that is have a free estimate and when the tech was done, he wants $39. I explained what I was told on the phone when I called her I still receive the bill. Maybe it is a mistake. I wrote to ask. Let's see if they are a reputable company or not

Your technician did a GREAt job and is wonderful young man. He fixed both the opener and some aspects of the garage door. Your prices, however, are a little excessive: $309 for an hour's work.

Last night I came home to a mess with my garage door. I called for help around 8pm and Corey showed up about an hour later. After walking me through and showing me what was the issue, he provided quotes, and got to work. Corey was great, very informative and helpful, worked quickly, and fixed the issue! My garage door now works better than before it broke! Corey- you are a life saver, thank you so so so much for all of your help!!!

Corey did a pretty good job. He explained things pretty well. When he was at the house showing me the door going up and down it made a slight noise he said what is wrong and the noise went away. After the door set away I opened the garage door and the door jerked and scared me when it opened. You can see the door needs adjusted a little. Need Corey or someone to come back and adjust the door. It does it after the door has set awhile. It will not do it when you open the door right away. Please come back and adjust my garage door

What more could a customer want? BTW: If you're lucky enough to meet with sales representatives Corey and Curtis, YOU'RE IN GOOD HANDS! There are many like company's in the phone book and we read each advertisment. Precision sounded sincere in word and intent to do a good job. That's exactly what happened when Corey arrived and did the work. He was very friendly, and thorough as he explained what he was doing.
