Excellent Service!!! Bryan repaired my garage door, David & Mickey did a couple of adjustments. All 3 technicians were prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable, explaining different functions & corrected my concerns. I can truthfully say, they do impeccable work & care for their customers. Also Rachel & Ashley in office were very prompt, courteous, & answered all my questions. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Called Precision Garage Door late on a Saturday evening and was very happy they could come early the next morning on a Sunday. The repair man replaced the springs very quickly at a fair rate. My door is now working like a new one.

I have always been completely satisfied with every Precision technician that has been to my house. I recommended Precision to a friend who had their garage door and opener replaced by Precision. Precision's tech was right on time very friendly and knew his product well. The only reason for not giving a five star rating is because the cost of the repair was quite high. Parts totaled (if I buy them and they are comparable to the ones Precision used) would come to a total of $180. This would be two springs, ten nylon rollers, and the cable and drum assembly.) My total cost for Precision came to $664.00. That means that the labor came to more than $464.00 and the technician was in and out in less than two hours. If my numbers are incorrect please let me know. Unfortunately, I did not have time for a second pricing however did talk to a local company afterward and they would have done the same job for under $400.00.
