I recently had a broken spring on my garage door. Since I have had your technicians out in the past and they did a really good job, I decided to call you again. The technician who came out fixed the spring, and also upgraded the other hardware on the door, offering a lifetime warranty on all the parts. It was expensive, but gives me piece of mind that I have quality parts installed and that you stand by the products you sell with this warranty.

I called about 9:00 AM on a Sunday and had the door fixed by 2:00 PM the same day. The service man completed the job in about an hour. Cleaned up after the job and worked rapidly, replacing springs rollers, cables and pulleys in less than an hour. Very good service.
