I contacted Precision to have the annual maintenance done on my garage door opener that I purchased from them My appointment was for 9 AM on a Saturday. The service technician arrived right at 9 AM and did the maintenance, going over everything and giving me good advice for future use of my garage door. He did everything in a timely manner and was very courteous too. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely continue using this company for all my garage door needs. When I do purchase a new door, it will be from this great company!

I ran into Jay the Tech approx. 2 years ago and we spoke for a while, at that time he gave me his card, well here we are speaking once again except this time he is working on my garage door it makes alot of noise. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. He replaced the springs (Both) all the rollers, lub the door, replaced the bearings, replaced the cables, I would recommend this company, the work was completed in a short period of time, and area cleaned up before he left. one last thing, Jay thank you for working on our garage door, have a great year.

Diagnosed problem with garage door and provided several options to address the problems. After providing a complete tune-up / overhaul (new springs, cables, rollers, drums, et cetera), the double garage door is operating like new again. Thanks.

Great service on a replacement of the door cables. On time, fast, and efficient. really like how the billing was handled by an Ipad and the use of the internet. Precision service man Robert Stephenson was very knowledgeable about the door operation. Also advised on when the door needed to be replaced which products would best fit our needs. I called 9:30 in the morning to make an appointment for a technician to come to my house to repair my garage door opener. I was told a technician would be a my house between 11am and 1pm. The technician arrived at 10:45 and within 15 minutes he was able to determine I need to replace my garage door opener. He had a new garage door opener installed and operating by noon. I have never experienced this quality of service from any other business. I would have no problems what so ever recommending Precision Door Service to anyone experiencing problems with their garage door.

I have been using precision since I have moved to Vero Beach 4 years ago. They have replaced garage door openings in both of my properties, and I call for service whenever their is a problem. Precision has always been there with timely help when I need it. Recently a spring broke on my door and Precision sent repairman Davey the same day and earlier than was quote. Davey did an outstanding job or repairing my garage door and I was extremely happy with the service.
