I called today 12/17/2021 to have my Lift Master jackshaft opener fixed. An appointment was made for today between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. The technician called a few minutes later and he arrived at 11:15 am. He determined that the cables were loose and had my garage door working in no time. Mickey was very pleasant and very thorough. Thanks for the excellent service.

all employees that have provided service have been professional, respectful and efficient. This last time, they sent a technician the same day that I called regarding the problem. I would highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs. One thing bothered me that has nothing to do with the service provided, which was excellent. Precision does not require their employees to be vaccinated against Corona Virus.

excellent service. The two individuals stayed with a repair that was quite extensive and was quite challenging to fix. It appears a car backed into the system at some point to have caused the damage. The parts replaced were quite extensive. The field below does not accept more then one entry. Some were a new motor , main rail roller, remote keyboard, remotes, etc.

Jason did a fantastic job. He tried to troubleshoot our old garage door open to with no success. Since this door opener was 9 years old we decided to purchase a new one. We did the quieting package and what a great difference. The door used to sound like we were torturing the neighbors cat and now smooth and quiet is the way to describe the opening/closing. They were quick, courteous, and did a great job describing the workings of the door and springs and where our problem areas were. This service was worth way more than to cost.

The service man who came out was courteous, knowledgeable and proficient. He inspected everything and did the annual maintenance service for me. At no time did he try to up sell me for anything. I will continue using Precision Door for future maintenance and eventually upgrading my door opener.

Brian arrived early (after calling to confirm it was ok). The objective of his service was to replace the door rollers and to replace the rope that disengages the door from the opener. The original rope (door only 6 yrs old) was about as strong as dental floss and broke up in the travel device on first use a couple years ago. Brian's replacement of the door rollers was highly satisfactory. The door is much quieter. He however, had no solution on how to replace the rope. He was reluctant to remove the five screws visible from the bottom of where the rope appears to be fastened and see what could be done. He told me the cost for that effort would be $60 per hr. and he was not familiar with that device. The only future solution offered was to replace the entire motor at a cost of more than $600 for a $1 rope. For this reason, I cannot give 5 stars.

It was a Saturday afternoon when and my garage door would only open a few inches. I was unable to open the door manually and called Precision Garage Door for help. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and was able to set up an emergency appointment for early evening. Lonnie arrived early, inspected the door, and diagnosed the problem. Reason for service was belt failed and door would not open Went on the internet and your side was most appealing to me. Also coupon available helped me make a choice. Next day service was acceptable, . but did offer same day emergency for 79.00 but not acceptable to me . Brian did a great job, and I was very satisfied with his work and knowledge of the repairs done. Replaced belt assembly and installed new cables and adjusted for proper function.
