Called Precision Door to have someone come out and look at our garage door. Rob came in, assessed the issues, and after reviewing his estimated repair list, he was approved to go. He completed the repairs quickly & efficiently and I was extremely satisfied with the repair. Rob is very knowledgeable, and I would recommend Precision Door to all my neighbors!

Having used Precision in the past, we knew whom to call when we needed an emergency garage door repair. From the first person we spoke with (Bella) to the technician who came to the house (Shane Abbenante) all went really smoothly. Shane was really knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and willing to answer all questions readily. He solved the problem right away. We were super pleased and will definitely call Precision again.

Precision Garage Doors is an awesome company, Great customer service. Prompt response. I had an appointment to check my garage door. Mickey was the technician, he came early checked out my door, lubricated it and now I'm good to go until next year. I'll have them back next year to check it out and lubricate it. Technician Bryan Hewitson provided another outstanding service during the annual preventive maintenance. For the past three years Bryan arrives to our home with a smile and greets us like family. He's thorough in going over the 25 point safety inspection and performing the required maintenance. Recommendations are always on target. Our garage door had issues. The 2 car garage door was too heavy for us to even get out of the house. We were prisoners of our own home so I called Precision in the AM and was able to get an appt the same day. Associate Mickey was professional, polite, and an extremely trained technician. He was here earlier than expected and he worked quickly to get the job done. The 2 car garage door is up and running terrifically. Thank you for the great job!!

So glad I called Precision. The initial call was handled efficiently and she was very courteous. Bryan called when he was enroute and kept me informed of his arrival time. Bryan was vey knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Mickey also showed up with Bryan, and was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly too. He and Bryan worked well together and were able to complete the installation, replace rollers, replace cables, program the openers, and also program my car. Kudos to both!

A short time later he had the old unit torn apart and started putting in the new unit. A short time later he was done. We have been using Precision Door Service for maintenance on our two garage doors for quite a few years and have always been very happy with the fast scheduled service, on time arrivals, no muss, no fuss maintenance, honesty in the work needed and fair pricing. Since the doors are now in the 8+ year old range and the most used door was in need of new parts we had a new spring, bearing and rollers installed and the usual annual maintenance done on the second door as the tech said it was still good for a few more years. I highly recommend this business.

Reason for service was belt failed and door would not open Went on the internet and your side was most appealing to me. Also coupon available helped me make a choice. Next day service was acceptable, . but did offer same day emergency for 79.00 but not acceptable to me . Brian did a great job, and I was very satisfied with his work and knowledge of the repairs done. Replaced belt assembly and installed new cables and adjusted for proper function.

I called today 12/17/2021 to have my Lift Master jackshaft opener fixed. An appointment was made for today between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. The technician called a few minutes later and he arrived at 11:15 am. He determined that the cables were loose and had my garage door working in no time. Mickey was very pleasant and very thorough.
